Born on July 31, 1956, in Yate, Gloucestershire, England. Her Real Name was Jonnane Rowling. Later she adopted her pen name, JK Rowling. She has had a passion for storytelling from an early age. She has a mind that believes in the fantasy world and about things related to magic and the wizard. Because of these fantasies at such an early age, she started drawing and imagining tales which later on helped her in her career.

Her road to success is not an easy one. Roads to success are never easy for anyone. The difference that makes a person more successful is how many times you thought of quitting but never quit. In 1997 JK’s debut novel “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” was named “ Harry Potter and the Soccer’s Stone in the United States. The book was an instant hit. This book introduces people to Young Harry Potter and his extraordinary journey. The instant hit of this book was because it is magical and it has a wizard theme.  The book was in 6 parts and the readers were always excited for its next part. This was a unique ability of JK Rowling to blend mysteries, culture, fantasies, and adventure for every age of the coming generation. This series became a cultural touchstone inspiring a million readers and leading to the creation of creative movies and themed parks.

JK has achieved unlimited success because of her Harry Potter series but she has also faced a amount of challenges. In recent years her comment on transgenders and gender rights has sparked a debate between fans and haters. Her statement on these issues has created a division within the Harry Potter fan. 

She faced problems since her teenage. At the age of 17, she was rejected from her college after the reaction from her college. Then when she was 25 years old her mother died. Then after her mother’s death, she moved to Portugal. then at the age of 27, she got married her husband turned out to be abusive despite her daughter being born. After a year she got a divorce. At the age of 29, she was a single mother living on welfare. At the age of 30, she didn’t want to be living on this earth anymore She went into a serious depression Then after becoming a mentally stable person, she started doing the things she liked and she is better at he started writing.  At the age of 31, she published her first book. At the age of 35, she already published her 4 books and got the award of an author. At the age of 42, she sold 11 million copies of her new book on the first day of release.
