Researchers conducted by Arif Habib, a renowned Pakistani investment banking and securities firm, unveiled that these IT exports constituted 38%of the country’s overall services exports.

They witnessed 65 apps developed by 24 Pakistani creators dominating the top 10 Rankings across gaming and app categories on both the Play Store and App Store.

Google highlighted that Pakistani apps achieved a global download count of four billion in the previous year, indicating a substantial annual growth rate of 30 between 2018 and 2022  Recently Google organized a monumental in-person event for apps and games in Lahore, gathering over 500 developers and influential figures from the industry.
