Nestled in the heart of Europe lies an extraordinary village that defies conventional notions of settlement planning. If you look at this town from the air it will give a vibe of a trail running through the village but in reality, there are houses on both sides of the road in the middle of this village.

Location of this Village 

This beautiful unique village is located in the southern province of Malopolaska, a small country in central Europe. The name of this village is Solzwa, All the people of this town live on the same street. nowadays many pictures of this town are being shared online on social media. Solzwa is a part of Poland’s Ojkowski National Park, which is famous for its limestone formations. It is 36kilometer away from Krakow.

Houses in this village 

The houses in this village can be seen in a Solzwa line on both sides which is the nine-kilometer-long street. The street is also known as Alluska Karkowsaka also known as one of the longest streets in Poland. Behind the houses, there are beautiful farms of these people.

How are the people living on the only street in town?

People do think about how it feels to live on the only street in town. Adita A local shopkeeper there said that there is a good sense of community here. He further said that there is a Strawberry Day when they all come together to taste the new crops and they play songs. He also said that there is a Potato Day which they celebrate in their country during the potato Harvest. He also said that people know each other in small towns and cities likewise they know every person here very well.

Touristic Attraction 

In this town, there is also a place which is known for tourist attraction. It is a palace called Pesqua Scala in Solvza which is located in the street called Eagle’s Nest. The fort falls within the boundaries of Ojkoski National Park and this is located on the Solzwa coast. The castle was built by King Casirm III in the 14th century. The use of this castle was for defense.  Another tourist attraction is on the way to Solzva which is a 30m tall limestone rock also known as Card of Hercules.
